Atoyomu for Mac
Use your Mac's on-device AI to summarize bookmarks from your iPhone or iPad. The companion is optional; Atoyomu on iPhone and iPad works on its own.

The compatible iOS version is awaiting review and release. The version currently on the App Store may not support pairing with this Mac app.
Before you start
Private by design
When enabled, requested article text (up to 8,000 characters) passes through your private iCloud database to the approved Mac. The result returns only to the requesting device. Libraries remain separate on each device; our backend cannot read their content.
Set up the companion
Install and open
Open the published disk image, move Atoyomu to Applications, then open it normally. The release will be signed and notarized. Never disable Gatekeeper to run it.
Choose a model
On the Mac, prepare Apple Intelligence or select a Qwen model. Optional Qwen models are downloaded only after you confirm; the Mac connects to Hugging Face for those files. Pairing becomes available when the model is ready.
Approve with QR
On each iPhone or iPad, open Atoyomu settings and Mac companion pairing, then scan the Mac’s QR code or enter its manual code. Each device registers separately with one Mac; one Mac can serve several devices using the same Apple Account. Automatic requests and disconnect apply per device.
After updating, register each iPhone and iPad again with the updated Mac app. Requests from older versions may not be compatible.
Model storage and memory
Download sizes are exact catalog totals. Free storage beyond the download size is needed for installation and operation.

Remove Atoyomu from your Mac
- Turn off automatic Mac processing in Atoyomu and disconnect the Mac from the iPhone or iPad settings.
- Delete any downloaded Qwen model in the Mac app if you want to reclaim its local storage.
- Quit Atoyomu, then move it from Applications to the Trash.
The Mac app only processes requests and does not include a Safari sharing extension. Before removing it, export any old Mac library and pending shared articles from Settings and import them on the device where you want to keep them. Old iCloud library data is not deleted automatically.
First-launch help
If macOS says the developer cannot be verified, download again only from this page and confirm the requirements above. A notarized release should open normally. Do not disable Gatekeeper or remove quarantine protection. Contact support@atoyomu.com if the warning remains.
